Partnership Accounting is core to alternative investment managers ability to manage and value their investments across the full ownership lifecycle. We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team responsible for developing the partnership accounting module in our flagship product.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Develop functional features in the core accounting module with an eye on high performance
  • Triage and resolve complex issues reported on existing production systems
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
  • Participate in high-level design of highly complicated tasks
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of software design and development using C# and related frameworks
  • Knowledge of partnership accounting for alternative investment funds is desired
  • Experience architecting and developing high performance software
  • Direct experience with Microsoft SQL server, ADO.NET and Entity Framework
  • Previous experience working with Git
  • Clear understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design, Design Patterns, SOA, Concurrency
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work unattended, as a highly proactive self-starter.
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude, and a relentless aspiration for process improvement
