We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Strategist to join our team at Wolters Kluwer. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will play a central part in shaping the technical and strategic direction of our quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Comprehensive QE Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality engineering strategies, tools, frameworks, and solutions across complex software projects or organizations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with development, product management, and operations teams to ensure agreement on quality goals and priorities.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to QA engineers, developers, and other partners, and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice distribution across teams.
- Develop and Maintain Training Materials: Develop and maintain updated training materials, oversee the management, review, and dissemination of the Method of Work library, and offer mentorship and training sessions to Quality Architects and Quality Engineers.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, with a focus on test architecture and strategy.
- Technical Skills: Experience designing and implementing comprehensive QE strategies, tools, frameworks, and solutions across complex software projects or organizations, experience leading QE programs, improving testing processes, and driving quality improvements, experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and partners.
