We have Zero debt and have not stopped advertising at a high level.

Our advertising budget is over $1.5 million annually, and we have sold more than $3 Billion in real estate in the Tampa Bay area.

  • Growth opportunities Duncan Duo Real Estate Team at LPT Realty High Production Sales Agent for Top Team in Tampa Bay area: We have an immediate opening for licensed agents to assist our home buyer and home seller clients, and can train new licensees that are coachable and hungry with a will to earn a solid 6 figure income Our model is focused on high-production per agent. We are different than the average brokerage. We do not want every agent, we only partner with the RIGHT agents. Could that be YOU?? A valid Florida Real Estate License is required, or proof that the candidate is actively pursuing their license. Prior real estate sales experience is useful, but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead 30-50 or more clients through the real estate buying and selling process
  • Utilize our proven real estate sales processes to work our leads
  • Daily prospecting through our team provided leads
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their real estate needs
  • Find and show those properties
  • Have appointments with new clients daily
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to help them win in today's competitive real estate market
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities, prospecting and personal growth
  • Develop a skillset that can propel you to be a top earner in the industry in the long term
  • Always display a positive, team-first attitude
  • Be coachable and eager to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

Qualifications:

  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Must have real estate license before starting, we will pay you for it Compensation: $100,000
