We are investing significantly in marketing and lead generation, ensuring your pipeline is consistently filled with pre-qualified prospects who are ready to sell. From the moment you complete your onboarding, you will have access to a pipeline brimming with leads prepared for you to engage and close.
Upon receiving leads, we will either pre-qualify them and arrange an appointment for you or have you reach out to them once they have been qualified. Previous experience in real estate sales and a real estate license are not mandatory. We encourage applications from individuals with diverse sales backgrounds.
Compensation:
Commission-only plus bonuses. A proficient Acquisitions Specialist can earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $150,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all incoming leads and client inquiries.
- Utilize the CRM system daily to document all necessary interactions and seek ways to enhance and streamline the sales process.
- Build trust with potential clients to address objections and facilitate contract signings.
- Prepare purchase and sale agreements along with other administrative documentation in advance of real estate transactions.
- Leverage market trends, comparative analysis, data research, site assessments, and outreach to evaluate property value and condition.
Weekly Time Allocation:
- Approximately 5% of your time will be dedicated to analyzing properties using online data to confirm target purchase prices.
- About 5% will involve estimating repairs using our internal tools and formulating offers.
- Roughly 90% of your time will be spent cultivating relationships with property owners, following up with leads in our pipeline, and closing deals.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with strong phone skills; capability to close deals over the phone.
Knowledge of real estate investing is advantageous, but being open to learning new and innovative techniques is crucial.
Must have a proven track record in one-call closing and overcoming objections.
Demonstrated success in closing new business either at the initial meeting or through follow-up efforts.
Excellent rapport-building skills with a direct selling approach, utilizing various techniques designed for consultative and relational selling.
Must maintain a positive attitude, open-mindedness, and adaptability in approach.
Must be receptive to coaching and committed to personal development.
A quick starter, capable of leveraging interpersonal skills to build a sustainable career in the real estate sector.
Must possess outstanding listening and problem-solving abilities.
Must have a proactive mindset and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
Ability to follow up persistently over several weeks if initial contacts do not yield contracts.
