Position Overview: The Real Estate Imaging Specialist at CoStar Group is an integral part of our team, responsible for capturing high-quality media that showcases both commercial and residential properties. As a leader in real estate information and analytics, CoStar Group empowers individuals and businesses to discover valuable insights and connections within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing initiatives by producing stunning 3-D virtual tours and detailed property layouts.
  • Develop a diverse portfolio of photographs that effectively highlight the features of homes and apartments.
  • Collaborate closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize client appointments and fulfill service demands.
  • Engage professionally with clients, sales personnel, and management to assess priorities and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Navigate designated territories to ensure comprehensive coverage of commercial real estate data.
  • Identify and document new inventory and commercial properties for photography.
  • Adhere to CoStar's safety protocols to protect company vehicles and equipment.
  • Participate in team conference calls with sales and research departments as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks including sitting in a vehicle, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and handling equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Frequent hand and arm movements required for operating camera equipment and typing.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional photography experience or a relevant degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology.
  • Enjoys working independently in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: This position offers an hourly wage with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
