As Sales Manager you will learn and complete basic sales and administrative training, receive leadership development, be responsible for future supervisory responsibilities, and maintain and teach key functions of the business such as customer service, development and management, new consumer business acquisition, recruiting, marketing, sales training and customer retention.We will train individuals to learn a variety of skills from customer service, training, recruiting, sales management and leadership.As a fast-paced company we continue to set the standard for excellence in client acquisition and customer retention by marketing to existing and new clients.Oversee the production staff of the agency in goal setting and sales training Provide training and assistance to sales personnel to achieve sales goalsCoordinate marketing efforts with Marketing Coordinator and Agency Manager Provide training to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services Ability to achieve high sales targetsLeadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire othersPrevious work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.Marketing manager, Marketing communications, Sales marketing, Sales Management, Business Development, Training & Team Leadership, Business Administration, Business Development, Business Management, Customer Service, Customer Service Management, and be seeking a full-time job or full time career
