What you will be doing:
  • Oversee and enhance the company's marketing automation platforms, from onboarding users to reporting and training.
  • Create automated, data-driven marketing campaigns, including email nurture streams and lead scoring programs.
  • Develop segmentation strategies for targeted audiences based on various criteria.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize key metrics.
  • Ensure accurate integration of customer data across different platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers on data integration projects.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and platform features.
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years' experience in data-driven marketing automation, ideally with enterprise-level platforms.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, database segmentation, email marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and using data analytics tools.
Nice to have:
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
