Role of the Client Manager
As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting producers and internal teams to enhance client retention and foster new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary focus will be on marketing both new and renewal business in collaboration with producers. This includes:
- Overseeing service team operations
- Acting as a technical resource for producers and clients
- Managing the renewal process
- Marketing new business
- Marketing renewal business
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners
- Issuing necessary documentation
- Providing support for additional accounts as required
- Contributing to a culture of employee ownership through participation in agency and carrier events

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Business/Commercial Lines Insurance customer service
- A strong understanding of insurance markets and coverages
- Preferred CIC designation or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with AMS360 is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
