To support our future growth ambitions, we are seeking a Sales Operation Specialist in Global Commercial Excellence. This role will be an integral part of our Global B2B Commercial Excellence team, driving our customer-centric operation and transformation ambitions forward. In Global Commercial Excellence, we set the direction for our global B2B commercial and sales operations, optimizing and implementing critical initiatives related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement to enhance competitiveness, revenue performance and profitability.

As a key member of the Global B2B Sales and Commercial Excellence team, you will spearhead the implementation of sales and commercial enhancement initiatives within our US B2B sales organization. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of new operational models and driving our transformation agenda.

From day one, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to commercial projects and taking specific responsibility for project execution through analytical insights. Your work will directly influence the development of our sales enablement platforms and operational practices, providing you with valuable hands-on experience and tangible deliverables that align with our commercial growth objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Improvement: Collaborate closely with our B2B sales teams to support strategic sales improvement programs aimed at enhancing our US sales excellence agenda.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for sales operation enhancements that align with our customer value proposition of delivering the best Total Cost of Mobility offer.
  • CRM and Sales Enablement: Co-lead the development and implementation of roadmaps and initiatives to ensure our CRM solutions and sales enablement tools support our sales excellence vision.
  • Commercial Plan Activation: Develop and enhance the activation of our commercial plans and enablement tools, including business plans, new offerings, Total Cost of Mobility tools, and presentations.
  • Sales Process Support: Provide ongoing support and sparring to our sales teams in their sales processes and customer engagement activities.
  • Digital Solutions Identification: Identify, analyze, and define new digital solutions that will enhance our sales process transformation, driving more impactful digital engagement with our customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of proven work experience in a Sales and/or Commercial Excellence roles or from a Management Consulting firm, with demonstrated ability to lead and implement Sales Excellence projects.
  • B2B Expertise: Strong B2B commercial, sales, and service understanding, with a track record of supporting and conceptualizing strategic commercial initiatives to drive higher sales efficiencies in multinational businesses.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a history of delivering excellent results within tight timelines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or a related field
