Job Responsibilities

The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist will be tasked with promoting Intrarosa & Femring to OB/GYNs within a designated geographic area.

Our Specialist will provide value by engaging Healthcare Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers through face-to-face interactions aimed at promoting the assigned Client product(s), maximizing sales potential, and achieving or surpassing all objectives.

Sales Specialists are expected to maintain a high level of knowledge regarding their product(s), customers, and territory.

They will cultivate and sustain relationships with Healthcare Providers by educating them on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient usage.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited institution - focus in business, life sciences, or clinical degree preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, OR outside/field B2B experience, OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
  • A consistent record of quantifiable/documented sales achievements is preferred
  • Proven ability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within a designated geography
  • Strong and persuasive business communication skills with physicians and providers
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound business judgment and discretion, as well as analyze and address territory opportunities
  • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required - within a 2-hour radius from headquarters - some overnight travel may be necessary
