Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) is a global organization that sits within Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS), and is a center of excellence with the charter to drive high quality, customer-first communications that accelerate business growth through optimized go to market solutions and the development of best-in-class MarTech products and processes.
We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager of Product Development to join our Marketing Enablement and Transformation team to lead product development efforts as part of a multi-year technology transformation initiative focused on bringing new capabilities and solutions for our U.S. marketing organization.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:Define the high-level strategic direction of the product(s) you will own, outlining the product vision, goals & roadmap milestones.Discovery: Lead customer discovery efforts across multiple stakeholder teams to understand needs, challenges and opportunities.
Capability & Feature Definition:Translate needs into a prioritized list of technical capabilities and features that will be used to drive solutioning and development activities in partnership with engineering.
Development & Implementation:Coordinate product releases, lead accepting testing efforts andmonitor post launch performance of features. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a product management / product owner functionExperience working within Agile software development methodologies and supporting tools and frameworks.Highly skilled communicator – both orally and via documented artifacts.Experience with complex and integrated product technology stacks.Comfort in leading and influencing discussions.Highly organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Ability to quickly pivot and reprioritize as business strategies demand.Passion for marketing technologies and the evolving external technology landscape.Previous Salesforce or Adobe experience a plus. Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
