Position Overview

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales and revenue growth across the state of Florida. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The primary goal of the Senior Sales Manager is to build market strength in Florida, representing both Gold Coast and Colibri Real Estate brands, products, and services. Engage with external agencies, broker communities, and state Real Estate associations to understand market needs and implement revenue-driving partnership solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B sales professional with a track record of driving profitable growth through online and offline channels (preferably in a B2B / B2B2C business). The candidate must have experience influencing and working with marketing, product, and revenue teams. The ideal candidate has experience influencing without authority while being held to a series of key performance indicators and metrics. Experience in Real Estate (Agent, Broker, CAM) strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as B2B sales representative to identify new broker partnerships and to drive growth within existing partnerships. This includes identifying new prospect opportunities, executing the sales process from prospect to close, and owning strategies to meet or exceed revenue target. Role performance will be evaluated by revenue performance tied to initiatives and sales performance indicators.
  • Identify and participate in community engagement initiatives in the FL market to raise brand awareness and drive Word of Mouth referrals.
  • Partner with marketing and sales team to build actionable campaigns to drive market growth.
  • Collaborate with site team members to provide oversight on external events (such as open houses, career expos, lunch & learns) and to brainstorm on new ways to drive engagement at campus locations, while delivering white-glove service.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned. Including but not limited to: participating in networking events with associations, building a network of broker and association targets to drive partnerships, identifying target prospects, and exceeding sales goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in marketing, business, or related discipline; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in Real Estate strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B Sales experience working with small, medium, and large organizations to secure partnerships that drive revenue through direct channels and indirect (B2B2C) channels.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the real estate and/or education industries.
  • Extensive experience and detailed knowledge of brokerage needs and real estate industry to identify innovative partnership solutions.
  • Experience managing, organizing, and executing external events is a plus. In this role, it is necessary that you process the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical success factors for this role.
  • Professionalism and comfort operating and communicating at an executive level.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
  • Skilled in developing value propositions that communicate clear value to targeted audiences.
  • Frequent travel will be expected in this position (attending external events/meetings and regular customer engagement)
