DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Operations Support Manager role will be supporting NCR Voyix Digital First Banking, a leader in digital banking, SaaS, and FinTech. This position focuses on optimizing and managing organizational processes and procedures touching all departments in the organization to ensure those processes drive bottom line margin and align to strategic results. This role requires strong critical thinking, teamwork, self-initiative, and drive to deliver excellence. You will be working with many cross functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Billing, Product, and supporting our Sales teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as you will be working with individual contributors and senior leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a liaison between the sales teams and other cross functional teams within the organization.
  • Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and removing roadblocks to sales.
  • Participate in directing the overall strategic direction of business process and system improvement opportunities, including governance and refinement of unified processes, and communication of findings.
  • Coordinates business process documentation and improvement strategies with internal stakeholders, Global Business Owners, Process Owners, and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Oversees all aspects of business process improvement initiatives including analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and adjusting as needed to ensure efficiency.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines for the resolution of issues.
  • Presents progress reports to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met.
  • Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  • Lead strategic projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing updates on project status and changes
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
  • Ability to perform and execute quickly in a fast-paced, high performing environment
  • Manage a team of operations analyst.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP preferred

Required:

  • Four or more years of project management experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with 4 years in supervisory role
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Strong drive to take initiative and produce results quickly
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • In office Mon-Fri
