Media.Monks is in search of a Manager for Media Strategy Operations, tasked with overseeing marketing engagement channel initiatives for one of the top-tier global clients of the organization. The Manager, Media Strategy Operations works in collaboration with diverse teams to refine processes and ensure the delivery of top-tier marketing campaigns and content through well-managed projects that meet deadlines and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and launch digital marketing campaigns across various devices like desktop, mobile, and app.
  • Create campaigns in alignment with client brief alongside account and creative teams, including text copies, visuals, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor deadlines for campaign elements' delivery, identifying and addressing any missing components that may impact launch dates.
  • Review campaigns for compliance with policy guidelines and concurrent campaigns, resolving conflicts with client contacts as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign launches as per client specifications, identifying and addressing any unexpected outcomes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of all marketing-driven campaigns.
  • Manage evolving project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, proactively communicating updates across teams.
  • Track changes in campaigns and their effects on project delivery costs and timelines.
  • Support risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning.
  • Ensure project documentation completeness, accuracy, and proper storage.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client interactions related to campaigns.
Desired Qualifications:
  • College degree and minimum 4 years of experience in campaign/project management roles, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective relationship-building capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing campaign execution, with basic knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated abilities in campaign timeline development and project management.
  • Capacity to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing uncertainties and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • High energy levels and a proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools.
  • Adaptability to ambiguity and changing circumstances, adept at managing shifting timelines.
  • Sense of humor and strong teamwork orientation.
  • Creative agency experience considered a plus.
  • Open and comfortable with working in a global team setup.
