About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Media Analytics Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, summarizing insights, and providing program management support to enable Marketing Insight development and cross-organization collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Adoption of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC): Drive the adoption of AMC across our organization, ensuring seamless integration into our operating rhythm.
  • Drive Audience Insights and Strategies: Leverage AMC to deliver actionable insights, design, and strategies that support brand strategy and drive marketing KPIs in collaboration with internal teams, Amazon, and agency partners.
  • Monitor and Synthesize Media Results: Monitor and synthesize short-term media results, competitive insights, and recommend optimizations across all relevant data sources.
  • Contextualize Amazon Media Performance: Synthesize and contextualize Amazon Media Performance relative to national and retail activities, Amazon Paid and Organic trends.
  • Support Brand Strategies: Work closely with Amazon Brand Managers to support their media strategies, media performance, and integration.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math/Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics/science with a focus on media tools and capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and proficiency in different types of databases
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
