Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands, with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach these high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights, and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This Senior Analyst role on the Amex Offers Sales and Sourcing team will play a critical role in supporting the VP and Sales & Sourcing Leadership team in a range of projects, while also contributing to overall business planning and strategic initiatives. The role will report directly to the VP, Sales & Sourcing and will partner to create strategies and roll out of sales growth tactics across the Amex Offers program. In addition, this position will support the broader Sales & Sourcing team by leading analytical initiatives and team projects, and working with Marketing Consultants to help ensure the business objectives are met. The role is ideal for someone with the ability to build out communications and reporting using data, establish collaborative partnerships and manage multiple projects simultaneously, all while immersing themselves in the complexity of a fast-growing and ever-changing business.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the VP Sales & Sourcing to build strategic storylines and narratives for content/presentations, create reporting to highlight pipeline and scorecard metrics, and lead strategic projects and processes supporting the Sales & Sourcing team.Conducting analysis, sharing insights, and making recommendations to the leadership team on important business decisions, ensuring effective communication and implementation while aligning with key stakeholders in the organization.Managing the operations for selling, go-to-market processes, and reporting for Amex Offers engagements with key merchants including working with Marketing Consultants to drive campaign execution and results tracking.Partner with the VP on planning and targeting.Minimum QualificationsDemonstrated and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDetail-oriented Ability to craft strategic narratives and storylines using data and insightsExpert organizational and project management skillsHighly motivated self-starter who can provide strategic thought leadership and lead multiple projects with limited guidanceExcellent communications skills both written and verbal - with emphasis on confidence and composure required to effectively communicate across functions and band levelsStrong relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
