The US Consumer Services (USCS) group is responsible for growing our consumer business worldwide, strengthening our global leadership position in the premium and travel space, and delivering exceptional, differentiated customer experiences.

Within USCS' Travel & Lifestyle (TLS) team, the Global Lounge Experiences team is a high impact group, responsible for the strategic definition and delivery of the Global Lounge Collection benefit to Amex's global premium Card Members.The Global Lounge Collection benefit encompasses the Centurion Lounge network and access to network lounges through partnerships (i.e., Delta, Priority Pass).

The Senior Analyst of Centurion Lounge Product Management/Financial Analyst will be responsible for leading the financial management program for the Global Lounge Collection and providing key insights to support the strategic evolution of the Centurion Lounge network. The position will also partner closely with Operations, Partnerships, Business Development, and Finance teams to support Centurion Lounge projects including capacity management strategy, new lounge openings, innovation investment planning and budgeting, as well as managing multi-partner activations across the Centurion Lounge network. Additionally, the role will own payment and compliance processes for Global Lounge Collection.

A strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, clear and effective communication, and an ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders will be critical for this position. This individual will lead a wide array of initiatives, so should be comfortable with managing multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

Own the Global Lounge Collection financial management program for the Centurion Lounge network Provide Centurion Lounge partners and key executive stakeholders with updates on Global Lounge Collection KPIs including visitation, cost metrics and capacity reportingMaintain close coverage of all Centurion Lounge COCMS, in close partnership with Finance, and lead prioritization decisions of across Product & OperationsStrategic budget management for Centurion Lounge ACU to inform spending on highest impact activitiesLead Centurion Lounge innovations & activations through ownership and management of multi-partner activation strategy and cardmember pop-up experiences within Centurion Lounges.Manage prioritization process and collaboration with Operations experienceOversee Global Lounge Collection invoicing and payments processes for Centurion Lounge operators and in-lounge partners Partner with Controllership on Centurion Lounge regulatory compliance and annual audits Minimum Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant experience preferredBachelor's requiredAnalytical with ability to leverage data to inform decision-makingSolutions-oriented, strategic thinker with attention to detailStrong cross-functional partner management skillsStrong problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritizeDemonstrated project management and partner coordination experienceStrong written and verbal communications skills and comfort influencing at all levels in an organizationAmbitious self-starter, with a strong work ethic, intense will-to-win, desire to make an impact, and demonstrated personal excellencePassion for travel/hospitality industry a plus Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
