Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to showcase Ash's solutions.
Drive Strategic Deals:
  • Lead the pursuit and closure of multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise accounts.
Strategic Prospecting:
  • Build and target a high-potential client pipeline.
Exceeding Sales Quotas:
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and navigate complex deals effectively.
Commission-Based Success:
  • Benefit from a competitive commission structure for top performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare/healthtech.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
