Real Estate Marketing & Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Umstead and Oak Team affiliated with Keller Williams Raleigh.

The individual will ensure smooth operations in both our buyer and seller transactions, as well as manage daily office activities with a strong emphasis on hospitality.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, providing excellent client service, and maintaining meticulous records.

This role requires a strong ability to coordinate between various stakeholders and streamline processes for efficiency and enhanced client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
Administrative and Office Management

  • Manage executive schedules, travel, and office budgets.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, payroll, expenses, and mileage.
  • Organize communications and streamline office efficiency.
  • Coordinate and sometimes lead onboarding, training, and support for new agents.
  • Maintain organization licenses, certifications, and other required credentials as needed. Transaction Management
  • Assist with transaction processes, including listings, contract-to-close, and legal compliance.
  • Organize listing appointments, property details, and home preparations.
  • Manage MLS input, promotional marketing, and negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth progression of buyer transactions and manage communications. Marketing and Client Care
  • Develop marketing materials, manage social media, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Create neighborhood content for client education and organize client events.
  • Manage communication strategies, client updates, and weekly newsletters.
  • Coordinate and assist in events put on by the team.
  • Field leads from websites and social media. Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform various managerial tasks and maintain necessary professional credentials.
  • Respond to client reviews, draft legal documents, and manage team roles.
  • Adapt your work style to various entrepreneurial tasks as needed that are atypical to this job description.
  • Collaborate with the firm's MCA to achieve mutually beneficial goals and required NCREC compliance needs for the team as requested from KW leadership

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Background in real estate is required for this position
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Must have high school diploma or GED Compensation: $38,000
  • Administrative and Office Management
