Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and either locating the ideal property for them or facilitating the sale of their home.

With 10 to 15 appointments scheduled each month, you can concentrate on your expertise—selling real estate.

What differentiates us from other real estate firms is our commitment to supporting our agents. We do not expect our agents to generate leads independently, and there are minimal out-of-pocket expenses involved.

Instead, we offer a consistent flow of qualified appointments arranged by our Inside Sales Team, enabling you to focus on providing exceptional client service, closing transactions, and maximizing your earnings.

As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from continuous training and support designed to enhance your skills and ensure your success in this role.


Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license is preferred
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Full-time availability is required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Position Type:
Full-time Compensation: $97,720 per year

Schedule:
  • Availability on weekends as necessary
