About Us

Since our inception, we have been committed to providing comprehensive advisory services to a diverse clientele, including tenants, landlords, and investors. With numerous offices across the eastern United States, we pride ourselves on being a prominent player in the retail real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to three real estate professionals, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and respond promptly to client needs.
  • Design and maintain property marketing materials, including brochures and digital content.
  • Oversee the organization of marketing resources across various platforms.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with GIS and Marketing teams to create tailored materials such as pitch packages and site plans.
  • Conduct market research and assist in compiling industry reports and property data.
  • Maintain an organized internal database for property information and client contacts.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, including inventory management and IT coordination.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to legal documents and agreements.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with IT troubleshooting.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Pro is preferred.

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
