Key Responsibilities
  • Teach graduate-level courses in Real Estate Development, related fields, and cross-disciplinary themes.
  • Develop and implement curriculum for Real Estate Development courses.
  • Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to students.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in Real Estate Development.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement academic programs.
Requirements
  • Doctorate or terminal degree in the discipline or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in real estate development, architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, and design, and academic instruction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a sense of collaboration.
  • Experience teaching or substantial related experience, such as public speaking or presenting complex ideas.

Working Conditions

This is a non-tenure-track faculty position. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 1-2 courses per year and will be required to have a valid driver's license.
