Job Summary:

The Contract Analyst on the Enterprise Contracting Team is responsible for the contract execution process, maintenance of original contract files, generation of routine contract reports, and contract database maintenance. This position will also support the fulfilment of requests for contract copies and perform special projects and other duties as assigned. This position performs structured work assignments and uses, primarily, existing procedures to solve routine issues, with instruction, guidance and direction from others. Contacts are generally with immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the section or group. This role will also generally, support department quality assurance and improvement efforts aimed at bettering the quality and efficiency of the signature process and improved internal and external customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract execution process, including preparation of final contract documents, quality assurance of final document, obtaining internal signatures, preparing cover letters and facilitating final contract with client for external signatures.
  • Maintain and update contract tracking database, reflecting status of contract execution.
  • Update/maintain contract WIP reports and logs.
  • Fulfill requests for contract copies.
  • Facilitate in-person signatures with notarization, as required
  • Facilitate shipping of signed documents, as required

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience working with contracts, contract review.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage timelines and balance multiple deadlines.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, quickly grasp new concepts, solve problems and make decisions.
  • Ability to work with internal and external partners at all levels of management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including experience in Word document formatting.
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes, iManage, DocuSign, WorkShare Compare/Litera, Conga (fka Apttus), Salesforce, Icertis and SharePoint preferred.
  • *This role requires someone to be near the Saint Louis office as they will need to go in as needed.
