Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our National Security Sector, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of DAFIF specifications by fulfilling all necessary training requirements.
- Examine aeronautical safety of navigation documents and data to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
- Generate mission-specific datasets tailored to customer needs and critical global situations using diverse aeronautical sources.
- Assist in the production processes for digital terminal instrument procedures by managing terminal procedure records within the Aeronautical Application Suite.
Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- U.S. citizenship as per contract requirements.
- An active TS/SCI clearance.
- A minimum of five years of aviation-related experience, which may include roles such as pilot (with instrument flight experience), navigator, air traffic controller, mission planner, airfield operations specialist, aeronautical digital coding expert, or TERPS specialist.
- At least five years of experience with both foreign and domestic aeronautical safety of navigation publications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities and a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of five years of experience analyzing aeronautical data from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy for updating DoD Terminal procedures.
Compensation Information:
The pay range for this position is between $61,000 and $111,625. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation. Factors influencing the final offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
