Upper School Chemistry Teacher

We invite you to join our team in making this mission a reality for our students as an Upper School Chemistry Teacher starting in the school year. We are looking for candidates with experience teaching general Chemistry, including; principles of matter, structure, periodicity, bonding, stoichiometry, energetics, and acids & bases. Applicants will be expected to be comfortable with and ideally experienced using a standards-based grading approach. Candidates will be expected to design and deliver engaging lessons, support a wide range of students, and work collaboratively with colleagues and peers. Additional responsibilities include materials and laboratory organization and management including experiment set-up and waste management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience. Undergraduate degree required. Master's degree preferred.
