Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our toddler classroom team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our children.
  • Lead a team of teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Communicate daily with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
