KBR is seeking a qualified Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of the concept of confidentiality, good communication and customer service skills, and familiarity with processing invoices as well as other general administrative duties. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Benefits function to include the following, but not limited to:

  • Processing benefit, comp, and HRIS vendor invoices to ensure invoices are processed and submitted timely and accurately .
  • Maintain and track all invoice payments as they are being made
  • Creation and submission of expense reports for the group
  • Coordination of in-office events including reserving space
  • Coordination of catering when needed
  • Off-site event planning
  • Booking of travel
  • Process membership renewals
  • Perform other administrative job-related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience with 2 years in Human Resources
  • Strong skills in billing/invoicing processing required
  • Must be able to maintain a large volume in billing/invoicing processing
  • Working knowledge of Health and Welfare preferred
  • Onbase experience highly preferred
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and develop realistic action plans.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills
