QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years in general office administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment is essential.
- Experience in a related industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Reliability and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Strong motivation with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive demeanor, high accountability, and a thirst for knowledge.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills.
- Openness to learning and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with comfort in using social media platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates recruitment processes for field and shop personnel, including managing job postings and screening applications for potential candidates.
- Arranges and schedules interviews for candidates and management.
- Oversees pre-employment testing and eVerify documentation for employee records.
- Conducts orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintains and organizes employee records and documentation as required.
- Manages employee data in the Bamboo HR system.
- Coordinates travel arrangements for employees.
- Engages in corporate communications, including HR-related content for various platforms.
- Collaborates with the HR Director during annual benefits enrollment.
- Assists payroll with time tracking and training allowance data collection.
- Serves as a backup for the Administrative Coordinator as needed.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
