QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitates recruitment processes for field and shop personnel, including managing job postings and screening applications for potential candidates.
  • Arranges and schedules interviews for candidates and management.
  • Oversees pre-employment testing and eVerify documentation for employee records.
  • Conducts orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Maintains and organizes employee records and documentation as required.
  • Manages employee data in the Bamboo HR system.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for employees.
  • Engages in corporate communications, including HR-related content for various platforms.
  • Collaborates with the HR Director during annual benefits enrollment.
  • Assists payroll with time tracking and training allowance data collection.
  • Serves as a backup for the Administrative Coordinator as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
