Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for executing the organization's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and paid advertising. Collaboration with Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, Sr. Campaign Manager, and other key stakeholders to develop targeted content and maintain a consistent, impactful digital presence is essential. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and ROI of marketing efforts, supporting both new business development and the expansion of existing customer relationships.

In this role you will get to:

  • Develop benchmarks for website, email, and social engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and email health benchmarks to determine effectiveness
  • Improve the efficiency and ROI of marketing efforts to support new business and expansion/cross-sell growth
  • Manage and analyze automated lead nurture programs to increase Year-over-Year Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and improve Pipeline/Revenue velocity for marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Establish and maintain monthly marketing team reporting to track and communicate Month-over-Month performance metrics
  • Excel in social media management, engagement, and execution
  • Increase social media engagement and followers across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics
  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising efforts to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools.
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.

Physical Requirements for this position

  • Remote
  • Up to 10% travel for off-site team meetings
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
