Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team This role owns PPC execution, offering a great opportunity to showcase creativity, strategy, and autonomy in a high-visibility function. This is a high-stakes, performance-based role where outcomes are directly tied to business growth and compensation. This role is focused on managing PPC and SEO initiatives to optimize our digital presence and drive significant business growth. The ideal candidate will independently drive business growth through innovative PPC and SEO initiatives without relying on outside management firms. A proven track record in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to market changes are essential. Excellent communication and collaborative abilities are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns and explore advertising on other platforms. Conduct detailed keyword research, establish, and optimize campaign structure and bidding strategies, and implement effective targeting. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, adjusting bids and budgets as necessary. SEO Management:
Perform website audits, identifying areas for SEO improvement. Optimize website content, including keyword integration, meta tags, and link building. Keep abreast of SEO trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies effectively. Content Strategy:
Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content that supports PPC campaigns. Manage content delivery via WordPress and post strategic content on LinkedIn. Utilize insights from PPC to inform SEO strategies and vice versa. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Analytics Studio to track and report on digital marketing performance. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of digital campaigns.Optimize website content to align with modern buyer journeys. Leverage automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and outcomes.Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance to executive leadership.Budget Management:
Efficiently allocate and manage the budget across digital marketing campaigns. Forecast monthly costs and reconcile budget discrepancies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in managing PPC and SEO with a proven track record of successful campaigns. 3+ years independently managing and optimizing PPC campaigns and SEO strategies with demonstrated results in driving business growth. In-depth knowledge of PPC strategies, including non-branded keyword campaigns. High competency in managing performance metrics and budget. Proficient understanding of SEO practices and trends. Competency in content strategy alignment with PPC and SEO. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing data-driven marketing strategies. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and Google Analytics. Google Ads Certification preferred. Candidates without this certification will be expected to complete it shortly after onboarding. Proficient with tools including Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Analytics Studio, Hotjar, WordPress, Yoast, Ahrefs, Excel, ChatGPT/Jasper AI. High level of autonomy with the ability to take ownership and be self-driven to develop and implement strategies from the ground up. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate strategy, outcomes, and recommendations to an executive audience.Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Perform under high pressure and meet stringent performance targets. Capability to adapt strategies based on analytics and market changes.

Compensation:

$70,000 to $110,000 as a combination of base and performance-based variable pay based on experience and expertise. Our Policy
