Requirements

  • For this position, raw talent, work ethic, and ambition to grow and develop are more important than any direct work experience. That being said, the below criteria will be integral for your ultimate success on the job:
  • 1-4 years of B2B marketing OR agency experience
  • High-energy
  • Goal Driven
  • Great communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree

The Fundamentals:

  • Organized and process-driven. High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: ability to learn and master how to use marketing software such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Client-facing personality, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to clients and superiors.
  • Driven, self-starter personality.
  • Eager to learn and constantly looking to improve.

Direct Experience (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience with HubSpot's Marketing Hub.
  • Experience with Google's marketing suite of products including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, Tag Manager, etc.
  • Some Experience with WordPress or another CMS.
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiar with the principles of demand generation, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Understanding of what B2B marketing entails.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution:
  • Work with a diverse team including PPC experts, SEO specialists, designers, copywriters, and other subject matter experts to plan and implement powerful campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients
  • Strategize with account managers and directors to develop and implement multi-channel campaign briefs including email marketing, website optimization, paid channels, and more.
  • Implement campaigns in HubSpot including audience development, lead score modeling, etc.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage external contractors, direct their work, and exert quality control over their deliverables. This may include designers, copywriters, web developers, etc.
  • Own and monitor internal team assignments, follow up with task owners and stakeholders, making sure everything is running on track.
  • Manage project delivery, making sure that projects are delivered on time and according to expectations. Stay on top of project plans, and update task due dates and statuses.
