About the Position:
The Digital Campaign Manager will join a team of internal sales and marketing professionals and play a crucial role in coordinating and managing a variety of campaign outputs. This position is responsible for ensuring that premium content, webinars, email promotions, and media efforts are aligned with our overall messaging strategy. The Digital Campaign Manager will create and own the necessary processes for effective campaign management, holding team members accountable to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Additionally, this role includes overseeing the creation and alignment of Level's newsletter with strategic goals. This role reports to the Director of Business Development.

Your Impact:

  • Campaign Coordination: You'll coordinate the creation and promotion of premium digital content, host webinars, and manage email promotions, ensuring all outputs align with Level's messaging.
  • Media Campaign Management: You'll oversee the promotion of campaigns through various media channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot), ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategies.
  • Newsletter Management: You'll be responsible for ensuring the newsletter is created and aligned with our messaging, reflecting Level's strategic goals.
  • Process Creation and Management: You'll build and own the processes necessary for effective digital campaign management, holding team members accountable to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Project Management: You'll align all digital campaign activities, ensuring seamless execution across different channels using Asana.
  • Stakeholder Communication: You'll maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll communicate across teams to ensure project alignment and coordination via meetings, emails, Slack, and other communication tools.
  • Deadline Management: You'll complete deliverables and assignments on time and within budget.
  • Industry knowledge: You'll continue to deepen understanding of Level's industry, business, and keywords to suggest/implement tactics and strategies to drive greater performance


Requirements
  • 1+ years of project management experience within PM software such as Asana, , Wrike, Trello, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with experience managing campaigns in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of Level's digital marketing services such as:
    • Online advertising - buying / bidding on inventory, creating compelling ads, and analyzing performance in-platform. Particularly with Google and Facebook
    • Search engine optimization - helping sites show up on Google and other relevant search engines
    • Email marketing - writing and scheduling emails for an interested audience
    • Marketing automation - ability to segment lists and create basic workflows.
    • Content creation - developing attractive content that engages audiences
    • Website usability/CRO - simplifying website experiences
    • Analytics reporting - creating reports in making sense of website data
  • Ability to create and manage processes and hold team members accountable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines on time and within budget.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and using tools like Slack.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to suggest and implement tactics and strategies to drive greater performance.
  • General knowledge of best practices in our core workflow systems
    (eg. Asana, Slack, G-Suite, Harvest etc.)
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.
