Head of Digital, Web, and Growth Marketing

We are looking for a well-rounded Head of Digital, Web, and Growth Marketing who will drive growth through digital marketing strategies and optimizing our website presence. This senior leadership role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in digital marketing (SEO, blogs, paid search, paid social, retargeting, display advertising etc.), website marketing and growth. You have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, and website development along with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.

You will report to the Global Head of Marketing.

This role will be US-Remote

You Will:

  • Digital strategy and development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with acquisition and pipeline goals and drives growth across all digital channels and our website. Identify target audiences and create tailored digital campaigns to engage and convert prospects. Evaluate and optimize digital marketing efforts based on performance metrics and market trends.
  • Digital channels management: Oversee the management and optimization of all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, SEO, SEM, paid advertising and other performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Ensure a consistent and cohesive customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels.
  • Website management: Define and drive a website strategy and roadmap to establish a strong brand & category presence and a buying funnel across SMB and Enterprise customer segments with key conversion points that are best optimized to convert for pipeline growth.
  • Growth marketing: Drive growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Utilize SMB, Commercial and Enterprise customer attributes and data-driven techniques including website testing/CRO to optimize site sections and digital channels testing and performance.
  • Partnerships & collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales including SDRs and account teams to drive inbound growth and conversion to contribute to the pipeline goals and metrics. Work closely with marketing leaders to brief and guide the development of content & assets needed across all channels. Optimize content for organic/SEO and paid digital marketing efforts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Performance & analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of digital activities on sales pipeline, revenue, sales cycle length, and CAC efficiency in collaboration with the Marketing Analytics team.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage the budget for digital marketing and growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor spending and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for budget adjustments as needed. Provide regular reports on budget performance and resource utilization.
  • Leadership and team development: Design, build and lead a high-performing team. Foster a commitment to Velocity Global's values and culture. Provide mentorship, professional development, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Agencies and vendor management: Manage paid media, organic and website related vendors & agencies for best quality output work, excellent performance metrics, optimized budget and deliverables.
  • Innovation, technology & tools: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Implement tech tools & solutions to enhance/optimize digital and website marketing efforts. Identify and create an experimentation/testing approach for growth.

You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital and growth marketing strategies at B2B & SaaS companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep experience developing top of funnel customer journeys (awareness, consideration and conversion) from inbound-to-pipeline at larger companies and smaller startups.
  • Strong knowledge of web production, web content management, web technologies, web analytics, SEO, and new technologies in the Martech space related to Site CX and sales.
  • Experience interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, Adobe Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.
  • Deep knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience leading a team and inspiring teams to achieve our goals.
