ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PPC, SEM, social media ads, and other digital advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve our marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  2. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals, informed by keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  4. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  5. Manage and allocate the advertising budget across different platforms and campaigns. Also, ensure efficient use of the budget to maximize ROI.
  6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
  7. Experiment with new advertising techniques and platforms to stay ahead of the competition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  5. Proficiency in using PPC and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications is a plus
