Assistant Manager

IWC | Dallas, TX

MAIN PURPOSE

The IWC CRC Assistant Manager will support our e-commerce and concierge in all key areas of the daily operations and business. Reporting to the IWC CRC Manager, the role will be based in Dallas, Texas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Commercial Mindset

  • Support the CRC Manager with monthly roadmap planning
  • Monitor and evaluate daily sales and assist with managing order flow
  • Assist the team with leads to drive the short and long term sales pipeline
  • Manage pre-orders and delivery timeline and tracking against stock arrivals
  • Communicate consistently with corporate and operations teams to ensure up to date information shared with the ambassadors on order status, timepiece ETA's, and accessories replenishment

Team Support and Development

  • Create the schedule and work closely with the work force management team on scheduling, team attendance, and policy adherence
  • Support the team and manager with daily tasks and inbound overflow
  • Coach the team with real-time feedback focused on clienteling, closing the sale and compliance/COPC

Client Relations

  • Support omni-channel events, client events, and in boutiques as needed
  • Assist the CRC manager and team to develop corporate orders and identify opportunities for client activations
  • Assist the CRM champion with campaign ideation and support the team with client outreach
  • Partner with the CS Lead to appropriately resolve any client issues or escalations and interject as needed to enhance client experience

New programs & Systems operations:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new program testing and implementation
  • Report and monitor bugs and technical issues. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution

QUALIFICATIONS

2-3 years of experience in client/customer focused services.

Preferred experience in:

Team Management

Luxury Retail or Hospitality

Sales and operations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Personal Skills / Abilities

  • Able to work with multiple teams
  • Strongly organized and able to multi task
  • Strong people & communication skills and able to work with escalated clients
  • System knowledge in SAP preferred.
