Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager to provide remote case management services across the United States. This role focuses on the medical management of work-related musculoskeletal injuries, encompassing assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of care for both English and Spanish-speaking patients.

The Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, healthcare providers, legal representatives, employers, and employees, ensuring continuous monitoring of the injured worker's progress and effective communication of results.

What sets our Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager apart is our unique digital engagement tool, the Musculoskeletal Care Team, which aligns with our value-based care philosophy. Injured workers are enrolled in our patient engagement platform, facilitating case management and connecting them with a dedicated care team, including the Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager and a non-clinical Care Coordinator. This collaboration allows the Telephonic Musculoskeletal Care Manager to concentrate on comprehensive case management while the Care Coordinator assists with administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in relevant states.

  • Preferred certifications include CCM, CRRN, CDMS, or CRC.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in technology and communication.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
