Take on the role of pet care ambassador

As a Client Relations Coordinator (CRC), you will be the welcoming face of our clinics, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service during every client interaction, whether in person or via phone. Your goal is to create a positive client experience and build relationships that transform clients into devoted advocates for our brand.

Essential qualifications:

  • Comfortable with computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hiring

A snapshot of your daily responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment check-ins, schedule new appointments, and collaborate with the team to provide accurate discharge information for services such as grooming, bathing, boarding, and retail visits.
  • Efficiently oversee scheduled appointments, client education, and the reception area to ensure a seamless daily operation.
  • Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins, inform clients of any delays, attend to clients during their wait, and notify the appropriate team members upon client arrival.
