HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
Leading Business Analysis efforts for a variety of Projects in an IT setting.
YOU WILL:
- Lead business analysis efforts on small to medium projects.
- configure/setup new servers (specifically Active Directory)
- Identify and document project requirements through various methods, including interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, etc.
- Manage, validate and prioritize business requirements.
- Identify and document existing processes and use cases.
- Design future-state processes and obtain necessary approvals.
- Document functional and technical specifications and obtain necessary approvals.
- Conduct analyses to define alternative approaches to satisfy requirements.
- May participate in other duties such as documenting test plans, scripts, and conducting system testing and assist in user acceptance test planning and testing.
- May work on multiple projects.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, 10+ total years of experience
- Understanding of requirements development and management, business process documentation and design
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with management, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred or an equivalent of education and experience
