Architectural Project Manager

Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $110k -$125k

Konik is partnering with a stable and thriving company seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join their team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will interface with multiple divisions and external parties while managing commercial building projects of varying sizes and complexities and overseeing project schedule, budget, and scope of work.

You'll get to:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including leading an internal project team and coordination of external consultants from schematic design through project completionProjects include ground-up construction as well as tenant improvement spacesAssist with the investigation and preparation of due diligence reportsPrepare and manage architectural project budgetsWork alongside other internal team members in Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate to ensure a successful outcome of projectsMentor and develop junior employeesYou'll Bring:Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture Minimum eight years of Architecture experienceFive years of architectural project management experiencePrevious experience with commercial, healthcare, or educational building typesLicensed Architect in MN or another state preferredLEED Accredited preferred Be the first to learn about future positions by joining our Newsletter and following us on LinkedIn
