Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Quality Engineering is pivotal in enhancing the quality assurance function and its deliverables. This role is essential for preparing the team for cloud and DevOps environments while ensuring stringent control over project deliverables, quality metrics, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advance the Quality Engineering team's capabilities in automating systems under test.
  • Foster innovation and collaboration among quality engineering teams, enterprise architecture, and development engineering teams.
  • Act as a strategic technical leader in the design and implementation of testing software for communication applications and system architectures.

Telecommuting options are available, allowing flexibility in work location.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements:

Candidates must have:

  • 8 years of experience with technologies such as Python, .Net, Java, SQL, Hadoop, and others.
  • Proficiency in automation tools including Selenium, TestComplete, and Appium.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and leading teams.

Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in:

  • SAFe methodologies.
  • Designing and developing automation frameworks and AI chatbots.
  • Implementing in-sprint automation and performance testing.
