Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of Quality Engineering is responsible for enhancing the quality assurance functions and deliverables within the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to prepare the team for cloud-based environments and DevOps methodologies while ensuring strict adherence to project deliverables, quality metrics, and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Engineering teams in automating systems under test, fostering innovation and collaboration with various departments including enterprise architecture and development engineering.
  • Act as a strategic technical leader in the design and implementation of testing software for communication applications, system architectures, and software testing tools.
  • Facilitate telecommuting options for team members across the United States.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.

Experience Requirements:

The position necessitates:

  • 8 years of experience with technologies such as Python, .Net, Java, SQL, Hadoop, and related tools.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
Additional Experience:

3 years of experience in:

  • Implementing SAFe methodologies.
  • Designing and developing automation frameworks and AI-driven solutions.
  • Conducting tool evaluations and developing prototypes.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and optimizing team resource allocation.
Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
