ASC Territory Manager, Endoscopy

About the Job:
The BSC Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Center Territory Manager (ASC TM) role at Boston Scientific is a key position within the Endoscopy selling team.
The ideal candidate, based in Louisville but covering Lexington and Cincinnati as well, will be responsible for driving sales revenue, fostering key relationships, and contributing to overall team success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with key Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
- Collaborate with Sales Management in evaluating business conditions and sales trends.
- Demonstrate clinical excellence in GI disease states through customer education.
- Develop quarterly business plans designed to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain expense and promotional budgets within guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in ongoing training conferences and sales meetings.
- Share best practices amongst local, region, and division teams.
- Uphold all quality policies outlined within the selling organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 24+ years relevant business experience, with at least 1 1/2 years' direct sales experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Documented sales success.
- Demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies.
- Commitment to travel as necessary (typically 40%).
- Selfstarter, team player, proven leadership qualities.
- Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goaloriented.
- Excels in a fastpaced, competitive environment.
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.
