Description

TTI, Inc. is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth in our expanding market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and diligently following up on potential leads. This role involves monitoring market trends to pinpoint emerging opportunities and crafting strategies to enhance revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and pursue business leads through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
  • Participate in trade shows and build strong relationships with industry representatives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with suppliers to assess market outlook and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local and regional suppliers to establish partnerships that position TTI as the distributor of choice.
  • Facilitate client product training sessions to enhance customer knowledge.
  • Manage the sales cycle for key accounts, ensuring timely communication and fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Address and resolve technical inquiries and complaints from key customers promptly.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

A degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience in Engineering and/or Component Sales, ideally with a background in inside sales or a related field.

  • Self-driven individuals who thrive in a field-based role with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding of technical sales principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel.
  • A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory up to 50% of the time.
