Location: Multi-state territory, preference for candidates residing near Louisville, KY or Charleston, WV.

Role Overview: This position is an external field sales and customer service role, focusing on delivering marketing solutions to automotive dealership clients within a designated territory. The primary goal is to enhance revenue by achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and engage in regular dealer visits to present and analyze marketing program results.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and internal teams to address customer care issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Drive innovation by aligning with corporate values and priorities in all communications and actions.
  • Achieve consistent sales performance by promoting Epsilon's product line to targeted dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Resolve customer issues by implementing tailored Epsilon solutions to meet dealership needs.
  • Manage customer concerns and work on turnaround strategies while maintaining high levels of support for existing clients.
  • Oversee project management for each account within your geographical area.
  • Contribute to the development of new marketing products and client tools.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal support staff and teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and territory management.
  • Experience in selling core products and direct-to-consumer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred experience in automotive marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Established relationships with auto retailers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing expectations.

Compensation: In addition to a competitive base salary, this role may offer bonus or incentive compensation.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000.
