If so, Application Rationalization wants to meet you We are looking for a self-motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong interpersonal skills and experience leading large scale initiatives.

The successful candidate will drive across all of Amazon, create mechanisms to identify the best tooling for each type of activity Amazonians do, and work with other teams to provide integrated tooling that will delight our employees.

As a Sr.

Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for inventing and implementing mechanisms to identify the best application in each category.

In this role, you will work across multiple organizations, power users and senior leadership to drive consensus, deliver more integrated tooling, and return significant savings to the firm.

You will work closely with stakeholders across various design, software and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long-term product roadmaps.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong TPM background, with demonstrated experience leading cross-organizational technical program management of Cloud infrastructure & DevOps projects, and will have a deep technical background in building services in Cloud leveraged by many.
