Responsibilities
- Manages the client database
- Manages the complete, timely, and accurate recording of invoices
- Files internal/external expense reports.
- Experience coding Accounts Payables invoices to the General Ledger.
- Accounts Receivables for outstanding invoices.
- Coordinates with Accounting and Operations departments to ensure complete, timely, and accurate recording of expenses and billings.
- Performs monthly audit reports and month end closings.
Skills - Reconciliation (3 years of experience is required)
- MS Excel (5 years of experience is required)
- General Ledger (2 years of experience is required)
- GAAP (1 year of experience is required)
- Financial Reports (2 years of experience is required)
Qualifications - Years of experience: 3 years
