Requirements to be successful in this role:
Previous work experience in a hotel setting or in a similar food service role is ideal, but willing to train the right person looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environmentHyatt brand experience is beneficial
Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required
