The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Technician - Line Cook to join our team at our Denver Fulfillment Test Kitchen. As a Culinary Technician, you will work closely with our Test Kitchen Lead to prepare and execute a wide range of menu items, maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness standards. You will also be responsible for prepping and stocking food items for service, logging quantifiable results, and contributing to our data-collection programs to refine concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items to high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
  • Prep and stock food items for service, ensuring efficient inventory management
  • Log quantifiable results and contribute to data-collection programs to refine concepts
  • Assist in the delivery of new test concepts to the public, working with our Food Experience and Brand Development teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant, food manufacturing facility, or other institutional foodservice operation
  • History of taking data-driven decisions by employing advanced data science tools and methodologies
  • Positive, composed, professional attitude, even under challenging circumstances
  • Exceptional hospitality, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
