The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Technician - Line Cook to join our team at our Denver Fulfillment Test Kitchen. As a Culinary Technician, you will work closely with our Test Kitchen Lead to prepare high-quality meals that meet our customers' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and executing a wide range of menu items to generally accepted foodservice and safety regulations
• Maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness standards, and adhering to stringent worker safety protocols
• Contributing to data-collection programs to refine concepts and adapt systems as concept development evolves
• Assisting in the delivery of new test concepts to the public, working with our Food Experience and Brand Development teams to refine and execute those concepts
• Effectively maintaining FIFO stocked inventory

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant, food manufacturing facility, or other institutional foodservice operation
• A degree in Culinary Arts is a plus
• A history of taking data-driven decisions by employing advanced data science tools and methodologies
• A positive, composed, professional attitude, even under challenging circumstances
• Exceptional hospitality, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Experience working with high-performing teams that model flawless follow-through and attention to detail
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
