Our Enterprise Operations Manager

Will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage technical assets, and implement strategies to ensure the seamless functioning of our charging solutions. This role demands a combination of operational excellence, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of EV charging.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Operation Coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute the deployment of charging infrastructure in new enterprise locations.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of charging stations into existing networks.
  • Manage relationships with equipment vendors, contractors, and other third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on electric vehicle charging infrastructure or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully deploying and managing large-scale projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with EV charging technology, protocols, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards pertaining to EV charging.

Job Title and Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $185,000, based on full-time employment.
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
